Electronics and E-waste Recycling
Electronic technology is an ever-growing field, with innovations being made every day. What do we do with our old equipment that we no longer want?
In 2015, New York State enacted the Electronic Equipment Recycling and Reuse Act into law. This requires all households and manufacturers to recycle their electronics to promote environmental responsibility for these products.
Convenient recycling of electronic waste is available at the county and town transfer stations. Check out drop-off locations here. Fees may apply.
